First he got bored of the conversation, and second he got bored of the company. He looked at the rebel as though he were an oddity, something that was not ordinary in his day to day life, a curiosity. "I never once said architect, I am a hunter, there is a huge difference. Architects search with a team of warriors. I am that team of warriors combined with an architect. Big difference. Doesn't matter anyway though. The main point is that I know a hell of a lot more than you think, and a whole lot more added on that I've not even mentioned. And I'm not gonna either." He sighed. "Max, I am glad that we may now be friends, but you are foolish. Thats just the way it is. I respect what you've said, and I understand your feelings, but I tire of the conversation, and I tire of this day already. So if you don't mind I think I may retire." He stood up and dusted himself off. He brushed off his body with a flurry of the blue particles, they showered down onto the area around him leaving a few small scorch marks. "If you need me I'll be here for another day or so, if not then go to Skara. I believe it will be quite soon too, as soon as the rebels get ambushed a couple of times. Then your going to need some help, if not me, then someone else, but trust me. You will fail. And you will rely on a traitor of some kind." He laughed a little. "Not to say I'm a traitor." He turned quickly and walked up to the barmaid. Once again he whispered in her ear, the result was a blush of scarlet red. He clasped her hand and walked towards the exit with the women in hand. He looked at Max one last time. "I'm sorry but it does seem my ride has arrived." He laughed heartily, the soft chuckle of the women following him out as they ran from the door, and to wherever they would participate in their amorous activities. She would last him the night, and probably the day, maybe even til lunch, he'd be surprised if dinner. But he would sure have fun. All that he was left with was the women, his goal, and a fleeting thought of the rebels and max. WORDS! @£$%^ TAGS! Max [/style]NOTES! |
