Looking at Archibald's body, one might first notice how tall the young Heir is, standing at the height of six feet and four inches exactly. Now, this would be a very acceptable height, if he had a more attractive build to follow up with his height. You see, he doesn't have a lot of muscle, or thickness to his body at all. No heroic build, in fact, he looks like a small gust of wind could push him over with ease. Most would probably describe him to be tall, and sickly skinny, as though he wasn't being fed enough. Which should be unlikely seeing as he's royalty, and a lack of food should be the least of his worries. No, he's not starved, he's simply a very slender young heir. He's a little wary of this skinniness though, and as a result, his wardrobe is thick, and filled with more winter formal attire, as to distract from it, or to create the illusion that he's much heavier in a healthy way, than he really is. Now, color variety in clothing as never really mattered to him, in fact, bright colors really bother him, so he tends to wear clothes that are dull or even a dark hue. Thus, ultimately his clothing are certainly not one of those qualities that make the young prince stand out in a crowd, standing out is more the job of his face and hair.
Facial wise, he has a nice, slender face, pleasant to look at. Of course, you really can only see one side, as the right of his face is completely covered with his pale purpleish hair. Perhaps it's a passive aggressive way to rebel against his parents by covering one half of his face, whatever the reason is, rarely does he end up moving his hair out of his face. Moving on to the rest of his face, he has two very dark blue eyes, that are usually shaped in a very dark gaze, filled with mischief and slight amusement. As though anything he might look at his a joke, or something he's plotting against, and can't hide his true thoughts. Despite his amused eyes, he rarely does smile, and when he does, it's usually an empty polite smile, something he throws out to the citizens of his city, or to charm a girl into getting into bed with him. Otherwise, his face is plastered with an ever present frown.
His royal mark, is located on his face, covered by his hair, and just below his right eye. To his slight embarrassment, it seems to resemble the shape of a butterfly.
PERSONALITY |
Ah, Prince Archibald Fabre, is it?
Well I suppose, that it would only make sense that one might want to know about their future king. As much as possible, I would assume, which of course, would include his
Now, as well as being honest and open to people, Archibald is known for having a few other qualities to his personality. Such as how he is quite the calm, laid back, and even lazy fellow. He's not interested in politics, or war, but instead, prefers to just play with the ladies, read a book, talk to some friends, or even take a nice long nap, maybe even all of the above. After all, why worry so much about other people? Just let them do what they need to do to survive, and leave him alone. At least, that's what he wishes would happen. But no matter how to tries to explain his philosophy, it's always quickly shot down, or regarded as a joke. So, he's given up on trying to explain his tardiness, and down right lack of enthusiasm for becoming king. In fact, becoming the king would take up a lot of his "valuable" time doing things he's rather do, so he really would like Father to stay a live for as long as possible.
Okay, so one might think he's just down right lazy, but he can certainly be active when he wants to be. Such as his adoration for causing havoc and mischief around the castle, pranks, spreading rumors (Which is the only real way you could get him to lie willingly), and causing pure drama between employees. You name it, he makes it a goal to make sure that something is amiss around the castle for his own amusement. It's like a test for him, to see what words, what actions he could manipulate to make a person do something they'd otherwise never do, try to push a person to their limits. Of course, not to mention, causing drama, is just hilarious to him. Well, being the boring heir to the throne, he needs a good laugh every now and then. Of course, this has proven him to be quite nosy young fellow, as how can her stir up conflict, spread rumors if he can't figure out a good enough source? His siblings, unfortunately, seem to be the eldest's current interest, and he's currently trying to see if he can nose into their personal lives as much as possible.
Now, women tend to be his biggest pleasure, but also his biggest addiction, and his biggest weakness. It's not at all a secret that Archie wont pass up an oppurtunity to hit on the closest woman, regardless of age, status, or appearance. Of course, it's the prettiest ones that get most of his attention, the rest...is all just playful flirting. He claims he'd never REALLY do anything with a woman if she wasn't attractive, and so far, he seems to have stood by that oath. When it comes to women, he's a spoiled brat in many ways, like for starters, rejection. No, Archibald doesn't take rejection lightly, and is prone to throwing a fit if his charms don't seem to be breaking through the barriers of his newest target. After all, he's a prince, a very attractive prince, what isn't to love? As well as when he's in one of his short-termed relationships, he's clingy, possessive, and controlling to the poor girls, not liking them to talk to other boys without him being around to supervise. When a girl breaks one of his rules, once again, he's throw a massive tantrum, and shortly after, will break up with them. Honestly though, he would like to find a woman to settle down with. He just has two problems that are keeping his away from that. He lacks faith in himself to be able to find someone that could tolerate all of him and his flaws...and well....his addiction to pretty girls. Seriously, do you think he could really stay loyal to one girl, even if he really wanted to?
Sneaky, lazy, nosy, spoiled brat, conceited, yeah, he's pretty much all of those things. However despite how flawed he seems, he does have a few qualities for being a king, how ever much he tries to hide it. Such as being a natural born leader, and being able to take charge of situations when things don't seem to be going well in his, or his kingdom's direction. Due to his usually calm personality, he isn't one to panic in stressful situations, and has a pretty decent poker face.

The dagger's handle seems to resemble something of a dragon, or snake engulfing another snake, both with red beady little eyes. He was given this as a gift from his father, which secretly has tickled his pride ever so slightly.

SPECIAL ABILITY |
Illusion Pulse: Archibald has the ability to create hallucinations to living evolved target. His special ability, you see, comes from the mind and from his eyes. When it is activates, his dark blue eyes will glow slightly, and if he can catch the gaze of a person for long enough, roughly ten or fifteen seconds, his mind can project odd creatures, landscape changes, and at times, he can even completely create the illusion that his target is in a field of flowers, living happily with his wife, rather than in a less than desirable situation. There are quite a few flaws with this, as for starters, the illusions are very temporary, they more often than not, should only last for even less than a whole minute. The longer, and more effects he puts into the hallucinations, the more fatigued, and confused his brain will become. And if used to it's most powerful extent, and for long enough periods of time, it can even bring Archibald to the point of insanity. He prefers to use it as little as possible, and only small doses to those he feels deserves it, as he would prefer not going mad.

[style=width: 400px; font: 12px open sans condensed;serif; color: #e4be66;text-align:justify; background-color: #a65930]
Poor, poor, Archibald, from the very moment he was born, he was destined for greatness, or at least, he was destined to be the future king. Right from his earliest years of life, Archibald was spoiled absolutely rotten, by just about everyone. His parents, his servants, any sort of employee would try their very best to keep the new prince as happy as possible. That is, of course, until a certain duo was born into his happy little family. That's right, when the twins were born, Archibald was quick to learn that he would soon have to actually share the attention he got. It wasn't that he was ever truly alone, or he was neglected. In fact, Archibald probably got the most attention out of all of his royal siblings, not to mention, he had grown up with his best friend and Guardian. No matter though, he young prince always wanted more. Constantly, he would try to grab his mother's attention from the other siblings, or try to please his father in any way he could.
It was like that for a while actually, just about until the youngest sibling was born. It was at that moment, at his very young age, where he was taken to walk with his father around the castle, just the two of them. His father explained to Archibald that once his time came, Archibald would be the next to take his throne. At that point, Archibald could care less, heck, he was hardly even six years old at the time, and he was expected to care much? Life went on in his childish mind, there was no problem with what father was telling him. Plus, maybe being a king was special, amazing even. Like from what he was told in those fairy tales people told him before he went to sleep.
As time went on, Archibald found himself growing distant from his family, and closer to his Guardian friend. They shared the same interests, they seemed to get along, and unlike his moody family, Jesu was actually fun to be around. But much to the young's displeasure as he grew, the more he was forced away from his friends he was making, and more into his studies, and duties as the future Heir. The more he felt he was being forced into it, the stronger his desire to NOT be king grew. He hated it, it was all so restricting from passion, and creativity. The more time he spent with his duties the more he felt that becoming king meant only a few things. You must lose all passion, you must become completely apathetic to those around you, business first, play? Nap-time? Reading? those come never.
On his eighteenth Birthday, Archibald had made a plan to run away from home, and become a loner, or even a peasant if he needed to be. Beyond the castle was where the excitement was, where the pretty girls weren't just mom or his siblings, and where he could be free. Packing his things, and the brand-new dagger he was given that very day, he fled the castle in the dead of the night, and into the city. Yes, he would miss Jesu, whom he hadn't even told of this secret, and he would miss his siblings oddly enough. But...he needed to find himself, and he knew for certain that being King was not his destiny. Well, it didn't take long for him to come across the dangerous side of town. It was dark, and he hadn't noticed that soon enough he was cornered by of desperate peasants, seeking riches from him, begging him for some sort of salvation. When Archibald refused, he was viciously attacked, by the citizens. In hopes to defend himself, he reached for the prized dagger, but it was quickly snatched and used against him. Then everything was all just a black blur. When he woke up, he was back in the castle, beaten and bruised, being nursed back to health. The noise of his attack was heard, and he had been quickly rescued by a friend, and placed back at home. The robbers were caught, arrested, and forced to give back all the belongings they stole. Needless to say he was scolded and barked at for running away, and getting into danger. Needless to say, despite his strong desire to leave, Archibald was traumatized by that event, leading to his giving up on escape. Even if he absolutely hated it, he had to at least try. After all, he was born into being a king, it was in his blood, it would be all he was going to be good at...or so he thought. no matter how badly he wanted to run away, he felt...he needed to face, and accept his destiny.
